Creation Phase (Sampling)
- Step 1: Project Blueprint: Submit your technical specifications (tech pack), desired colors (colorways), material selections, and sizing details to receive a comprehensive cost quotation.
- Step 2: Sampling Commencement: We will begin the physical sample creation immediately upon confirmation of the sample fee payment.
- Step 3: Refinement and Approval: Our team prototypes and makes necessary modifications until every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.
- Step 4: Production Authorization: Once the final sample is approved, it is signed off to officially move the project into the production queue.
Manufacturing Phase (Production)
- Step 1: Production Kick-off: A 50% deposit (down payment) is needed to formally initiate the bulk production run.
- Step 2: Garment Assembly: We manage all necessary steps: fabric cutting, professional sewing, careful trimming, ironing, and final packaging of your items.
- Step 3: Quality Assurance: You perform a detailed final inspection of the finished goods before they are prepared for shipping.
- Step 4: Shipment Release: The remaining 50% balance payment is required prior to the dispatch of your order.
