Careers at Amraim JS
Amraim JS is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our Hong Kong-based retail team. The Sales Associate will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply in-depth product knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to meet or exceed retail sales and customer service targets.
- Cultivate and nurture strong personal client relationships.
- Maintain the retail floor and stock areas in line with company standards.
- Ensure timely unpacking and appropriate display of new merchandise.
- Facilitate the timely setup of promotional events.
- Adhere to all operational procedures, including inventory management, product receipt, retail sales, exchanges, and returns.
- Uphold professional dress standards and appearance.
- Collaborate professionally and pleasantly with colleagues, customers, and management to achieve defined tasks.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Undertake additional duties or share responsibilities during peak periods and/or as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Assist with other non-retail duties as requested.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity software.
Miscellaneous:
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Required Experience:
- 3 years of retail sales experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with men’s made-to-measure tailoring.
- Previous commission-based sales experience.
