Terms of Use for Amraim JS
Welcome to Amraim JS! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply whenever you interact with us, whether you visit our website (https://www.google.com/search?q=AmraimJS.com) or stop by one of our physical locations (our “Showrooms”). Together, our website and Showrooms are referred to as “Amraim JS Stores.”
We want you to have a great experience every time you shop with us. Please know that by creating an account, placing an order, or making a purchase at any Amraim JS Store, you agree to these Terms.
Placing Orders
Amraim JS can, at our sole discretion, accept, refuse, put on hold, or cancel any order you send us. This might happen if your measurements are outside our standard range, or if we need to limit the number of items purchased.
Once you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirmation. This email just means we got your order; it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it or confirmed our offer to sell.
After we get your order, Amraim JS might reach out to you for more details, missing information, or to clarify things about your order or account, including measurements (and even pictures!) or customization choices. It’s up to you to send us this extra information quickly. Amraim JS can put your order on hold or even cancel it if we don’t get the requested information on time or if it’s incomplete.
We also reserve the right to refuse to produce any monogram that contains offensive or abusive language. If a monogram is refused, we’ll let you know by email.
Orders on hold will automatically be canceled after 15 days if information is still missing, and we’ll issue a credit for the order’s value as per these Terms. If Amraim JS changes or cancels an order, we’ll try to tell you by using the email and/or phone number you gave us when you placed the order. If your order is canceled, Amraim JS will issue a credit for future use equal to the amount you were charged, according to these Terms.
If you “buy now, measure later” online, you can book a showroom appointment to finish your order Monday through Thursday only. We can’t do measurement-only appointments on Friday through Sunday right now.
Your Account
Certain features or services on our website might require you to create an account (which includes setting up an Amraim JS username and password). You are fully responsible for keeping your account information, including your password, private. You’re also responsible for all activity that happens under your account if you don’t keep this information safe and confidential. You agree to tell Amraim JS right away if you notice any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other security breach.
You can’t use someone else’s Amraim JS username, password, or account at any time without their clear permission and consent. Amraim JS isn’t responsible for any loss or damage that happens because you didn’t follow these rules.
Privacy
Amraim JS‘s Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and applies to your use of this site. You can find our Privacy Policy here. By using this site, you also understand and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. This means any message or information you send to the site could be read or intercepted by others, even if there’s a special notice that a transmission (like credit card info) is encrypted.

Site Use and Limitations
Amraim JS doesn’t promise that our site or any content, service, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the site will give you specific results. The site and its content are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” All information on the site can change without notice. Amraim JS can’t guarantee that any files or data you download from the site will be free of viruses, contamination, or harmful features.
You can’t use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or method, or any similar manual process, to access, get, copy, or monitor any part of the site or any content, or to reproduce or bypass the site’s navigation structure in any way.
You also can’t test the site’s or any connected network’s vulnerabilities, or break the security or authentication measures on the site or any connected network.
You can’t fake headers or change other identifiers to hide where any message or transmission you send to Amraim JS on or through the site or any service came from. You can’t pretend to be, or represent, someone else, or impersonate any other person or company.
Limitation of Liability
Except where the law forbids it, Amraim JS will never be liable to you for any indirect, resulting, exemplary, accidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Amraim JS has been told these damages might happen.
Indemnity
You agree to protect and hold Amraim JS, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless from any demands, losses, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorney fees) made against Amraim JS by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site.
Violations of These Terms of Use
Amraim JS may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the site, or to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with Amraim JS‘s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of the site, including Amraim JS‘s customers. Amraim JS always reserves the right to disclose any information that Amraim JS deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
You agree that Amraim JS may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, end your access to the site and/or block your future access to the site if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines that may be associated with your use of the site. You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms of Use will cause irreparable harm to Amraim JS, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to Amraim JS obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that Amraim JS deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Amraim JS may have at law or in equity.
You agree that Amraim JS may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, end your access to the site for reasons that include (but are not limited to):
- requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;
- a request by you (self-initiated account deletions);
- discontinuance or major changes to the site or any service offered on or through the site; or
- unexpected technical issues or problems.
If Amraim JS takes any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, Amraim JS will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorney fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Amraim JS. You agree that Amraim JS will not be liable to you or to any third party for ending your access to the site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.
